The Arc is looking for a part-time Human Resources Generalist. This position will be responsible for all Human Resources functions for a staff of 40 employees. The position oversees Human Resources activities to ensure staffing and recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, and other HR related functions are process driven and effective for the organization.
