The Arc receives most of its donations through our donation center. These donations from individuals like you are The Arc’s primary funding source, and to fund subsidized programs and services offered to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The Donation Center reaches out to over 40,000 telephone numbers each week seeking donations. Donation pick-ups are made throughout southwestern and eastern Idaho. We also have donation drop-off boxes located in the Treasure Valley. The Arc has a partnership with Savers Thrift store that provides revenue for the items we provide them. This revenue in turn, goes back into funding all the services we offer to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As you do your spring cleaning, please keep The Arc in mind! We appreciate all donations and couldn’t do what we do without the generous donations from individuals all around Idaho.
Please contact the Donation Center at 208-363-9350, or schedule a pick-up online here if you have items to donate.
Feel free to call us if you have questions on what items we accept. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept heavy items such as appliances and furniture, as we only have one driver on our trucks. However, you are able to donate some furniture items directly at the Savers Thrift Stores. Call Savers stores to confirm what items are accepted. The Arc will still benefit from your donation.
Did you know that your donations to The Arc entitle you to a tax credit for both federal and state taxes?

Members and Business Partners
Members and business partners of The Arc are critical to supporting our mission. As family members, friends, community members, and businesses, we all benefit when a person with disabilities has the opportunity to realize his or her potential.
While we encourage you to become actively involved, it is not a requirement of being a member or business partner. You can provide support by simply renewing your membership or partnership annually. Please join us and help to make a difference. Becoming a member or business partner is easy - just fill out the Contact Us form and mention you are interested in becoming a member or business partner.
