Direct Care Staff - Residential  - Full-Time and Part-Time positions all Shifts!

The Arc, Inc. has a full and part time openings for Direct Care Staff.  The duties include working with our participants in their residential home.  Assist adults with disabilities achieve independence.  As direct care staff you will teach individuals having disabilities to prepare meals, manage money, shop, job skills and much more. 

High School Diploma or GED and experience with people with disabilities or related experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Must have Idaho Driver’s license, qualified personal vehicle and own vehicle insurance.  Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.  Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.

Call Center Floating Lead

The Arc, Inc. has a full- time opening for a Call Center Floating Lead.  The duties include  assists in donation center activities, answers questions, re-works routes and assists Support Staff, Drivers and Telephone Service Reps. Performs opening or closing duties on shift.  Processes all reports, documents, correspondence,  and etc. in an accurate and efficient manner. 

High School Diploma or GED and one year in customer service or public relations experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education. 

Job Coach - Full-Time and Part-Time  positions available 

The Arc, Inc has full-time and part-time openings for Job Coach. The duties include working with our participants in the community, on the job and/or in our center-based program.  Assist adults with disabilities achieve independence.  As direct care staff you will teach individuals having disabilities to prepare meals, manage money, shop, job skills and much more.

Employment Specialist

 The Arc, Inc has an opening for an Employment Specialist. The duties include developing work sites for people with intellectual and physical disabilities that are seeking employment. Provides employment support and training as needed to maximize their success in obtaining and maintaining jobs. Mantains confidentiality of all privileged information. 

High School Diploma or GED and 2 years related experience preferably in sales and/or marketing; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Must have Idaho Driver’s license, qualified personal vehicle and own vehicle insurance.  Must obtain CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.  Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.

Route Driver 

The Arc, Inc. has a full-time opening for a Donations Pick-up Driver. The duties include driving a box truck to pick-up and deliver donated clothing and small household items from local residential homes. Drivers typically make 50-100 stops per day. Additional duties include: Perform vehicle checks, use a map and GPS, route the daily schedule of pick-ups, pick up and deliver donated articles and generate and process reports. Hours are 6:30 a.m. until the routes are finished Monday-Friday. Drivers may also be required to work some Saturdays. This is a physical, fast paced job that requires multi-tasking. High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education. Must have valid driver’s license, CLEAN driving record and be insurable. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds on a regular basis
